Meesho Seller Panel Guide 2026: Every Menu Explained for Suppliers

Quick answer

The Meesho seller panel (supplier panel) is the dashboard at supplier.meesho.com where Meesho suppliers upload catalogs, manage orders and returns, update stock and prices, and track payments. This guide walks through every main menu, what each one does and the daily routine that saves the most time.

SnapSeller is an independent tool, not made by or affiliated with Meesho. Meesho renames and moves menu items from time to time, so the labels below can differ slightly from your own panel. If a name has changed, trust what you see on screen.

What Is the Meesho Seller Panel?

The Meesho seller panel is the web dashboard at supplier.meesho.com that suppliers use to run their Meesho business: uploading catalogs, accepting orders, handling returns, updating stock and prices, and checking payments. Meesho calls its sellers suppliers, so the same dashboard is also called the supplier panel, seller hub or seller dashboard. It works in a desktop browser and in the Meesho supplier app.

This guide is a tour of what each menu does and how the pieces fit together. If you only need to sign in, read our Meesho seller login guide instead; everything below assumes you are already inside the panel.

How to Open the Meesho Seller Panel

Go to supplier.meesho.com in Chrome or any browser, or open the Meesho supplier app, and sign in with the mobile number or email your account was registered with. Bookmark the address so you never land on a look-alike page. The full sign-in steps, OTP fixes and password reset are in the Meesho seller login guide.

The Home Dashboard: What the Numbers Mean

The Home screen is where the panel opens. Treat it as a morning briefing: it shows how much work is waiting and whether anything needs your attention before you open a single menu.

Orders summary (pending, ready to ship, shipped)

The order tiles split your orders by stage. Pending orders are waiting for you to accept them. Ready-to-ship orders have been accepted and need a label and a handover to the courier. Shipped orders are already on their way. A growing pending number is the one tile that should change what you do first.

Payments snapshot

A short payments summary shows what is outstanding and what has been paid recently. It is only a summary, so open the Payments menu when you need order-level detail.

Notices and alerts: why you should read them daily

Meesho uses notices to announce policy changes, sale events, quality warnings and required actions on your account. Sellers who skip them are usually the ones surprised by a changed deduction or a blocked catalog. Read them once a day, even if you read nothing else.

Orders Menu: Pending, Ready to Ship, Shipped

Orders is the menu you will open most often. Each order moves from pending to ready to ship to shipped, and every stage has its own tab so you can work through a queue instead of scanning one long list.

How to accept orders and download labels

Open the pending tab, accept the orders you can fulfil, then move to ready to ship. From there you download the shipping labels for the courier partner assigned to each parcel, pack the items, stick the label on and hand the parcels over at pickup. Declining or delaying orders you cannot fulfil early is better than cancelling them late, because cancellations count against your account.

Order cut-off and dispatch timeline

Meesho sets a dispatch deadline for each order, and missing it can lead to a cancellation or a penalty. The exact timeline depends on your category and your agreement, so read it on the order itself in your own panel rather than relying on a number copied from a blog post, including this one.

Tip: crop and sort labels for 4x6 printers

Meesho label PDFs usually come as full pages with a lot of white space. The free Meesho label crop tool trims them to a clean 4x6 label in your browser, and nothing is uploaded anywhere.

Returns & RTO Menu

Returns is where you track parcels that come back to you and where you raise claims when something went wrong. It is also the menu that explains most of the surprises in your payments, so check it regularly.

Customer return vs RTO: the difference

A customer return happens after delivery: the buyer asks to send the product back. An RTO (return to origin) happens when the parcel never reaches the buyer, for example because they refused it or could not be reached, and the courier brings it back to you. Both cost you money, but they have different causes and different fixes, so keep them separate when you analyse your numbers.

How to raise a return claim (wrong or damaged item)

When a returned parcel arrives with the wrong item, a damaged product or missing parts, raise a claim from the return entry. Photograph or record the parcel while you open it, keep the courier label visible, and file the claim promptly. Evidence taken at unboxing is what decides most claims.

Catalog Uploads Menu

Catalog Uploads is where products enter your store. Every listing you sell started here, and most seller problems, from rejections to wrong shipping charges, start here too.

Single catalog vs bulk catalog upload

A single catalog is one product filled in through a form. It is the right choice for your first listings and for any product that needs care. Bulk upload takes an Excel template for a category and lets you submit many products at once. It is much faster once you know the category fields, but a mistake in the sheet is repeated across every row.

How to Upload Your First Catalog (Step-by-Step)

  1. Open Catalog UploadsGo to Catalog Uploads in the left menu and choose Add Catalog (single) or Bulk Upload.
  2. Pick the right categorySearch for your product type and select the exact category. The category sets the starting shipping charge and the fields you must fill.
  3. Add your imagesUpload clear, front-facing photos on a plain background. The first image is the one buyers see in search.
  4. Fill in the product detailsEnter the product name, price, GST, HSN code and the real packed weight, then complete the category-specific fields.
  5. Submit and track the quality checkSubmit the catalog and follow its status. Fix anything Meesho flags and resubmit.

Why catalogs get rejected in the quality check

  • Images that are blurry, watermarked or cluttered with props.
  • A category that does not match the product.
  • A declared weight that does not match the real parcel.
  • Missing or wrong GST and HSN details.
  • Titles and descriptions that make claims the product cannot back up.

Save time: autofill repeated details with SnapSeller

If you upload many similar products, typing the same manufacturer, packer and tax details over and over is the slowest part of the job. The SnapSeller Meesho Lens extension saves your seller profile and autofills those fields, and it can prepare bulk uploads. It can also help you find the lowest Meesho shipping image for a product before you submit it. Always check the filled values before you submit.

Inventory & Pricing

Once a catalog is live, the inventory and pricing views are how you keep it healthy. They are small menus with a big effect on your cancellation rate and your margin.

Update stock so you do not get cancellations

An order for a product you no longer have is a cancellation, and cancellations hurt your account. Set stock to zero the moment something runs out, and top it up when you restock. If you sell the same item elsewhere, update both places the same day.

Changing price: what to check first

Before you lower a price, work out what is left after Meesho's shipping charge, GST and the cost of returns. Run the new price through the Meesho profit calculator first, so a sale price does not quietly turn into a loss.

Payments Menu: When and How You Get Paid

Payments shows the money side of every order. It is the menu to open when a number in your bank statement does not match what you expected.

Outstanding vs paid payments

Outstanding payments are for orders that are still waiting to be settled. Paid payments have already been sent to your registered bank account. An order usually becomes payable after the delivery and return window for that order has passed, which is why the timing differs from order to order.

Reading a payment statement (deductions explained simply)

A statement lists each order with the amount you earned and the deductions taken from it, such as shipping charges, return or RTO costs and tax-related deductions. Download the statement, match it against your orders, and query anything you do not recognise through support. The payment cycle and rates are set by Meesho and can change, so confirm them in your own panel.

Quality, Ads & Promotions

Quality and ratings

Quality and rating views show how buyers rate your products and where returns are coming from. A product with repeated complaints about size, colour or damage usually needs a better listing photo, a clearer description or a stronger package before it needs a lower price.

Supplier ads: what they are

Meesho lets suppliers pay to promote listings so they appear more often to buyers. Ads can bring in orders, but they also add a cost per order, so switch them on only for products with a healthy margin.

Promotions and sale events

Around big sale periods such as Diwali, Meesho invites suppliers to join promotions. Joining can raise your visibility, but it usually means a lower price, so check the numbers before you opt in.

Support, Notices & Settings

Raising a ticket

Use the support section to raise a ticket for payment, return or catalog problems. Include the order number, a short description and any screenshots, and keep one ticket per issue so each one can be tracked and closed.

Business details, bank account and pickup address

The settings area holds your business information, bank account and pickup address. Keep them current: a wrong pickup address delays dispatch, and a wrong bank detail delays your payment.

A 10-Minute Daily Routine in the Meesho Seller Panel

Most sellers do best with a short, fixed order of checks:

  1. Read the notices on the Home dashboard.
  2. Open Orders and accept every pending order.
  3. Download shipping labels and hand over ready-to-ship parcels.
  4. Check Returns for new returns, RTOs and claims you can raise.
  5. Update stock for anything running low or sold out.
  6. Look at Payments for outstanding and newly paid amounts.

Doing the same six things in the same order each day keeps cancellations low and stops small problems from piling up.
