Welcome to the Privacy Policy for SnapSeller ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible from snapseller.in. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website, browser extension, and services. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and that we comply with applicable data protection laws and Google's API Services User Data Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide, maintain, and improve our Service features:

• Personal Identification Information: When you sign up or use our Service, we collect information such as your name, email address, and profile picture. This is obtained through secure third-party authentication from Google.
• Phone Number: We collect your phone number for account verification purposes to ensure the security and integrity of our Service.
• Usage Data: We collect information on how you access and use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited.
• Uploaded Content & Files: When you use a signed-in cloud feature, we process the seller product images and listing sheets that you upload. Files handled by our free browser tools are never uploaded, as explained in section 2.

We do not collect or store passwords, security questions, or any personal credentials.

2. Files You Process in Your Browser

Our free label tools, including the Meesho Label Crop tool, the Flipkart Label Crop tool, the Amazon Label Crop tool and the Meesho Store QR PDF tool, run entirely inside your web browser.

• Your shipping-label PDF is read, cropped and saved on your own device. It is never transmitted to a SnapSeller server.
• Because the file never reaches us, we cannot read, store, share or recover it.
• The generated PDF is downloaded straight to your device by your browser.
• Store URLs you enter in the Meesho Store QR PDF tool are saved in your browser's local storage on your device only. Clearing that field, or clearing your browsing data, removes them.

These tools work without an account and do not require you to give us any personal information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly for the following purposes corresponding to our core features:

• Meesho Image Generator & Optimizer: We use your uploaded product images to crop, resize, and optimize them to comply with Meesho's low shipping rate eligibility guidelines.
• Label Crop Tools: Your PDF is cropped, split and sorted on your own device. We receive no copy of the file.
• Meesho Auto-Filler Chrome Extension: We save account preferences to automate order processing and form filling on the seller panel.
• Account Management & Authentication: To verify your identity, manage your SnapSeller account, track your subscription plan and its usage limits, and prevent concurrent device abuse.
• Customer Support: To communicate with you, resolve transaction issues, and send updates regarding your account or subscription.

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, and we do not sell it.

4. Google User Data

Our Service allows you to sign in using your Google account. If you choose to do so, we access basic profile details from your Google account, specifically your email address, name, and profile picture.

Limited Use Disclosure: Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your Google user data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We only use this data to authenticate your identity, manage your active subscription status, and show your user profile in the dashboard header.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use a small number of browser storage items rather than advertising cookies:

• Essential: A sign-in token that keeps you logged in to your account. Removing it signs you out.
• Preferences: Local storage entries that remember your tool settings, such as the Meesho store URL used by the Store QR tool. These stay on your device.

You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings. Doing so signs you out and resets your saved tool preferences.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate our Service, such as:

• Authentication: We use Google OAuth to securely handle user registration and login.
• Cloud Infrastructure: We use secure cloud databases and storage providers to host your account record and any images you upload to a signed-in feature.
• SMS Gateways: We use verified SMS service providers to send OTP verification codes to your phone number during signup.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal profile data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Images uploaded to signed-in features are regularly purged from our servers. Files processed by the browser tools are never stored by us because they never leave your device. When you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data unless we are required to keep it to meet a legal or tax obligation.

8. Security

The security of your data is important to us. We use industry-standard SSL encryption across all API requests, firewall protections, and token-based authentication to protect your personal information and uploaded content. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights and How to Delete Your Data

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, update, export, or request the deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent you previously gave.

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email snapsellerteam@gmail.com from the address registered to your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We respond within 30 days. To remove data held only in your browser, clear your browsing data for snapseller.in.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for online sellers and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International Data Transfers

SnapSeller is operated from India. If you access the Service from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in India or in other countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives an appropriate level of protection wherever it is processed.

12. Third-Party Links

The Service links to marketplace websites such as Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon, and to your own storefront. SnapSeller is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those marketplaces. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party website, and we encourage you to read their policies.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
