What Does the Meesho Store QR PDF Tool Do?

SnapSeller reads supported Meesho shipping-label pages and adds a store QR card near the bottom of matched pages. The card contains the storefront URL you enter and a name derived from that URL. Pages without a detected shipping label may remain unchanged.

The result is a new full-page PDF. The tool does not edit your original document, replace the normal label crop workflow, track QR scans or create a payment QR.

How to Add a Meesho Store QR to a Label PDF

1. Add the Original Meesho PDFs

Drag one or more original Meesho shipping-label PDFs into the upload area or choose them from your device. Use the original source because an already-cropped file may not contain the page details required for matching.

2. Paste Your Meesho Store URL

Open your storefront, copy its complete HTTPS address and paste it into the Store URL field. The current tool saves a valid URL in this browser for your next visit.

3. Generate and Check the QR PDF

Select Generate QR PDF, open the separate download, scan one QR with a phone and verify the destination, store name, card placement and label content before printing the complete batch.

03

What Appears on the QR Card?

  • A storefront icon and the store name derived from the entered URL
  • A QR code containing the exact valid store URL
  • A short prompt explaining that the code opens the store page

The card is placed near the bottom centre of matched shipping-label pages. Long names may be reduced and wrapped to fit. Always check one generated page because source PDF layouts can differ.

04

How Store URLs and Names Are Handled

Use a valid HTTPS Meesho storefront URL with the store name in its path. SnapSeller derives the printed name from that path and ignores the query string. If the displayed name looks incorrect, copy the address again from the storefront page rather than typing a shortened or unrelated link.

Until multi-store matching is verified, process one storefront per run. Replace the saved URL when preparing another store’s batch, and clear the field to remove it from the current browser.

05

PDF Privacy and Output Checks

Supported PDFs are read, stamped and downloaded inside the browser without a PDF-upload request to SnapSeller. The store URL is stored only in the current browser. Standard website analytics may still run, so filenames, PDF content, customer data and order details must never enter analytics events or logs.

Before printing, scan the QR, confirm that it opens the intended storefront, check that the card does not cover required label information, and compare the generated page count with the source PDF. Review the SnapSeller Privacy Policy.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Meesho Store QR PDF?

It is a separate printable PDF that adds a QR card for the entered Meesho storefront to matched shipping-label pages. The QR opens the store URL encoded in it. SnapSeller does not change the source PDF, create a payment QR or track scans.

How do I create a Meesho store QR PDF?

Add the original Meesho shipping-label PDF, paste a valid HTTPS storefront URL and select Generate QR PDF. Open the downloaded file, scan one QR with a phone, check that it opens the correct store and verify the card placement before printing the batch.

Is the tool free, and do I need to sign up?

The public Meesho Store QR PDF tool is free to use without creating an account. This applies to this utility and does not promise unlimited processing or automatically apply to every SnapSeller feature, service or future subscription plan.

Does SnapSeller upload my shipping-label PDF?

No PDF-upload request is used in the current workflow. Supported pages are read, stamped and downloaded inside the browser. Standard website analytics may still run, so SnapSeller must exclude filenames, document contents, customer information and order data from analytics and logs.

Where is the Meesho store URL saved?

A valid store URL is saved in the current browser so it can appear on a later visit. It is not a cloud account setting. A different browser or device, private browsing, cleared site data, or using the clear control can remove the saved value.

How is the printed store name detected?

SnapSeller derives the store name from the path in a valid Meesho storefront URL and ignores its query string. If the name is wrong, open the storefront, copy the complete address-bar URL and paste it again. Long names may be resized and wrapped to fit.

Can I add QR codes for multiple Meesho stores in one run?

Until multi-store page matching is verified, use one storefront URL per run. Generate the PDF for one store, replace the saved URL and process the next store’s source file separately. If verified multi-store matching is released, update this answer and every related claim together.

Which PDF pages receive the QR card?

The tool adds the card only to pages it detects as supported shipping-label pages. Invoice-only or unmatched pages may remain unchanged. Use the original Meesho PDF and review one generated page plus the total page count before printing a complete batch.

Does the generated QR PDF change my original label PDF?

No. SnapSeller creates a separate full-page output PDF and leaves the uploaded source file unchanged. The QR workflow does not replace your regular label-cropping process. Keep the original PDF so you can verify the generated pages or repeat the workflow if required.

Why is the QR missing, rejected or opening the wrong store?

Use the original supported shipping-label PDF and a complete HTTPS Meesho storefront URL with a store path. Copy the URL from the intended store page, generate one test page, scan it on a phone and verify the destination before printing the full batch.
