SnapSeller Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnapSeller (“Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including any tools, features, browser extensions, or applications provided therein, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SnapSeller provides specialized digital productivity tools and services for e-commerce sellers including:

• Meesho Image Generator & Optimizer: Optimizes seller product images by resizing, cropping, and adjusting them to meet Meesho’s specific guidelines for low shipping rate eligibility.
• Meesho PDF Label Splitter: Processes uploaded shipping labels in PDF format to automatically crop, split, and organize them to accelerate seller order fulfillment.
• Meesho Auto-Filler Chrome Extension: A browser helper tool that automates form filling and order processing on the Meesho supplier panel.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service, temporarily or permanently, at any time and without prior notice.

3. User Accounts & Google Authentication

To access and use your subscription plan and its features, you are required to register and authenticate using Google Sign-In. You agree to keep your registration profile details accurate.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your active session tokens and account activity. SnapSeller shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account. Each plan allows a fixed number of devices to stay signed in at the same time, as stated on our Pricing page. Sharing an account, or using it across more devices than your plan allows, is strictly prohibited.

Certain features may require phone number verification via SMS OTP to verify account security and prevent duplicate account creation.

4. User Conduct & Content Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Upload, generate, or distribute any product content or images that are unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or violate Meesho seller guidelines.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or exploit any portion of the SnapSeller platform, Chrome extension, or server APIs.
• Use our optimization tools to list fraudulent, counterfeit, or illegal items on e-commerce platforms.
• Use scripts or bots to bypass your plan's usage limits or to automate requests beyond normal use of the Service.

In the event of misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, revoke access to any active subscription plan, and restrict access immediately without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property & Uploaded Assets

The Service, including its software, layout, design, Chrome extension scripts, and original content, is the exclusive property of SnapSeller and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all images and shipping labels you upload. By uploading them, you grant SnapSeller a limited, royalty-free license to access, crop, resize, and process those files solely to execute the requested optimization services.

6. Subscription Plans, Payments, and Refunds

SnapSeller is offered on subscription plans. The Starter plan is free to use. Paid plans are billed in advance for the billing period you choose, either monthly or yearly, at the price shown on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.

• Every plan unlocks the same features. Plans differ only by usage limits, such as the number of saved seller profiles, bulk catalog uploads, Least Price Image generations, and devices signed in at the same time.
• Usage limits apply to your billing period and reset when a new billing period begins. Unused limits do not carry forward to the next period.
• Access to paid limits continues until the end of the period you have paid for. To continue beyond that date, the plan must be renewed.
• Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately. Any change to plan pricing will be notified in advance and will apply only from your next billing period.
• Exceeding your plan's usage limits may pause the affected feature until your next billing period begins or until you upgrade your plan.
• Subscription fees are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• For all refund-related matters, users must refer to our Refund Policy page, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

7. Meesho Image Generator – Specific Disclaimers

The Meesho Image Generator is a helper tool and is subject to the following additional conditions:

1. Low Shipping Eligibility: Low shipping eligibility remains at the sole discretion of Meesho based on product dimensions and categories. No guarantee is provided that optimizing an image will automatically qualify a listing for low shipping.
2. Shipping Rate Changes: Optimization parameters are updated based on Meesho's public shipping policies. If Meesho updates or alters their shipping calculation algorithms, SnapSeller is not liable for changes in your shipping costs.
3. Discrepancies: If actual shipping costs shown on the Meesho Supplier Panel differ from our application’s indications, SnapSeller is not responsible or liable for any cost differences.

8. Service Availability, Maintenance, and Errors

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive to maintain high uptime, the Service may occasionally experience technical errors, bugs, or downtime.

We reserve the right to place the Service under maintenance, during which access may be limited or unavailable. SnapSeller shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such interruptions.

9. Support and Response Time

Our support team will make reasonable efforts to address user inquiries and issues. However, you acknowledge and agree that resolution times may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the issue. SnapSeller does not guarantee immediate or fixed response or resolution timelines.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, any remaining portion of a paid subscription period may be forfeited without refund, subject to applicable law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. SnapSeller makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability of the Service or any results obtained through its use.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapSeller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
